How Can I Get Fit Fast and Save Money Too?

An interesting realization came to mind last week while I was Christmas shopping. Now I had heard in the past that Americans spend about $80 billion every year in the fitness industry. However, it wasn’t until I went shopping last week that I began to truly appreciate just how much money we can actually waste on all those fitness gimmicks and products that never really seem to help us get any closer to reaching our goals. That was when I realized it was time for me to write this post. By providing some useful information, maybe I can spare you from wasting your hard-earned money on all those gimmicks, and instead focus on a proven, cost effective program that will truly help anyone asking the question How Can I Get Fit Fast.

What caught my attention and really got me thinking last week was an advertisement for a local fitness center here in the Seattle area. That advertisement promoted a “Holiday Special”, which was “5 one-on-one sessions for only $100.” Then I saw a sign in the window of a local exercise equipment store. The sign was advertising a sale on all treadmills and elliptical machines in the store starting at just $499.00. Now I’m sure there are at least a few shoppers out there who might think these are great deals. However, I’m willing to bet that in most cases, these seemingly great deals turn out in the end to be a waste of time and money. In fact, many of those fitness gadgets and machines end up being nothing more than really expensive dust collectors taking up space in the corner of someone’s family room.  Now let’s be honest… How many of us have purchased a treadmill, elliptical machine, or one of those crazy abdominal gimmicks advertised on TV hoping these contraptions might somehow help us get us into shape? I will admit that I myself was once the owner of both a Nordic Track and a Skier’s Edge. So the next obvious question is: How many of us are still regularly using our expensive contraptions and actually seeing real results? I used my Nordic Track and Skier’s Edge several times. However, I quickly got bored and frustrated by the lack of noticeable results. So both machines soon ended up in my garage where they stayed until I finally gave them away.

So by now you are probably asking yourself: “What’s the alternative?” Well why not DECIDE to change your body and your life with a proven fitness program that actually works. Why not COMMIT to a step-by-step game plan that is guaranteed to help you lose the weight and get you into shape in just 90 days or less or you get your money back. Why not save yourself some money and SUCCEED with a Beachbody® program like the one that helped me lose 50 lbs. in just 90 days and 65 lbs. overall.

Don’t believe me when I say that Beachbody® programs will save you money while helping you to get fit fast? Well let’s do a little comparison-shopping to prove my point. In fact, let’s use the two examples I mentioned above and compare them against two popular Beachbody® fitness programs; Power 90 and P90X. And since Power 90 and P90X are both 90-day fitness programs, let’s compare the total costs of all examples over the course of a full 90 days. And if you truly want to reach your weight loss goals, three key factors; fitness, nutrition and support must all work together to help you succeed. With that in mind, let’s make things interesting by comparing the benefits you get from each option in addition to comparing the cost. And to make this comparison even more interesting, let’s add in the cost of a Team Beachbody® Club membership and a 90-day supply of Shakeology in order to take full advantage of all the nutritional tools and benefits Beachbody® has to offer. Now that we have set the stage, take a look at the chart below and see for yourself:

As you can see, Beachbody programs offer you the most benefits for the least amount of money. Furthermore, you might already know that Shakeology is the healthiest meal of the day. But did you know that at $4.00 a serving, it could also be the cheapest meal of the day? And since it’s an incredibly effective all-natural meal replacement, you can take the cost of Shakeology right out of your monthly meal budget saving you even more money.

Now before I wrap things up, let me make just one more important point. If you are thinking to yourself that it’s just too expensive to get into shape anyway you look at it, here’s something to think about. Researchers at George Washington University conducted a study and determined that the annual cost of being obese is $6,518 for a man and a whopping $8,365 for a woman. In fact, another major study published in 2009 found that medical spending alone averages around $1,400 more each year for Americans who are obese. So in the end, it’s even costlier to do nothing at all.

And there you have it. I provided an honest comparison and armed you with useful information. So now the choice is yours. You can continue spending your money on weight loss fads, diets, drugs and gimmicks that don’t really get you anywhere, or you can take the Beachbody® Challenge and get into the best shape of your life in just 90 days or less. Beachbody® literally saved my life, and the cost was far less than my Nordic Track or my Skier’s Edge. So I know that Beachbody® is truly the answer for anyone who asks How Can I Get Fit Fast and save some money too.
